Are you ready to begin a journey?
Hi all, My name is Brittany and YES, I'm ready to begin this journey to New Orleans on Sunday with you all. I look forward to this opportunity and meeting all of you in just a few days. I can't wait to have this experience and be involved hands on and giving my time to a city in need of much assistance. I believe going on this trip is the best way I can spend my Spring Break this year.

It's hard to believe that we are leaving this coming Sunday! This will be my second time to New Orleans and I'm getting really excited. It is our hope that this blog will paint a picture of our experiences and thoughts for the NSU community and beyond. Throughout the course of our trip, we will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different programs through Camp Restore. I know the project that I'm looking forward to the most is with the Renaissance Project.

This is our first time driving to New Orleans, which will give us a great opportunity to come together as a group and learn more about each other. Stay tuned to learn more about our experiences, the work that we are doing, and how you too can get connected in community service if you aren't already.
